Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
The service
The service is a web application that generates schedules from the rules you define. By using it you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password; tell us if you notice unauthorised use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others' rights, or in ways that disrupt its operation.
Sending excessive automated requests, attempting to bypass rate limits, or circumventing security measures is prohibited.
Subscription and credits
Subscriptions renew monthly and each period grants credits to your account. A renewal tops your balance up to the plan limit; any balance above the limit is kept.
Each schedule run consumes credits in proportion to the resources used. If your balance is insufficient the run does not start. Your balance never goes negative.
Prices and credit coefficients may change with prior notice; changes are not applied retroactively within a period already paid for.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Generated schedules are suggestions; the decision to put one into effect, and its consequences, rest with you.
Intellectual property
The application and all of its components belong to us. You remain the owner of the data you enter; we claim no rights over it beyond providing the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data.
In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the application or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
