Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.

After cancellation there is no automatic renewal and no further charge.

Right of withdrawal

For digital services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the consumer's consent. Because access opens the moment your subscription starts, that exception applies.

Even so, if you started a subscription and never used the service (never generated a schedule), we refund your payment on request within the first 14 days.

Credits

Monthly credits granted with a subscription have no cash value and are not refundable; unused subscription credits expire at the end of the period.

A failed run caused by a fault on our side is not charged. A run that completes without finding a solution is charged, because the resources were genuinely used.

How to request

You can cancel from your subscription page. Send refund requests to our support address; they are resolved within 14 days at the latest.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
