What we do

Shift Planner is a web application that builds duty and shift schedules automatically from the rules you define. You describe your people, your work areas and the rules you want respected; the application looks for a schedule that satisfies all of them at once.

Every generated schedule is checked a second time, independently of how it was produced, and each rule is reported as met or violated. The goal is not to ask you to trust the result, but to show why it looks the way it does.

Who it is for

It is not tied to any particular industry. Any team whose people are grouped into seniority levels, that has more than one work area, and that plans in weekly or monthly periods can use it.

How it works commercially

The product runs on a subscription and credit model: a subscription grants monthly credits, and each schedule run consumes credits in proportion to the resources it uses. See Terms of Service and Refund Policy for details.
